Prospect is working on two developments for much needed affordable housing

Clovenstone

Construction is well underway on our new development at Clovenstone Close.  Prospect will be taking 39 of the 69 properties in this development, with the other properties being sold by the contractor.  For information on sales, please click here.

Prospect’s properties are due to be completed in two phases – the first in February 2025 and the second in August 2025.  Some of the properties will be for direct referral by the City of Edinburgh Council, with the remainder advertised on EdIndex when we get nearer to completion.  To be considered for these, you must be registered on EdIndex.  Click here for information on how to register.
