Future Developments

Prospect is working on two developments for much needed affordable housing

Clovenstone

Construction has started on our new development at Clovenstone Gardens.  Prospect will be taking 24 of the 69 properties in this development, with the other properties being sold by the contractor.

The properties are due to be completed in August 2025, and will be advertised on EdIndex when we get nearer to completion.

Other sites

Prospect are looking at other opportunities to develop new properties in Wester Hailes.  We will share any information on future sites on this page of our website once we receive planning permission for any other developments.
