Housing Perks for Prospect Tenants!

We have launched Housing Perks, giving our tenants access to discounts of up to 10% with over 100 brands and stores, to help you save money with everyday spending. The free app will help you to save money on the essentials such as: 

• Groceries
• Car Fuel
• Clothing
• School uniforms and equipment
• Home furnishings & DIY
• Family days out

 With some of your your favourite brands and stores including : Sainsburys, Asda, B&M, Argos, Iceland, Farm Foods, B&Q. Plus many more !

 It’s free, quick and easy to sign up and it’s available to all Prospect tenants!

 How to sign up

1. Go to your app store and search "Housing Perks"
2. Download the app
3. Enter your mobile phone number, Housing Perks will then send you a text with a code to use
4. Select Prospect Community Housing from the drop down list
5. Enter your tenancy reference number. You'll find this on your rent statements. We are also sending all our tenants their reference number by text and//or email
6. Get saving!
