Tenants' Forum Update

The Tenants' Forum are very proud of all they achieved last year in helping to improve various areas of Prospect's services. During 2024, the Forum discussed several different policies and service areas, and heard from staff members including the Property Services Manager, Prospect’s Director, and the Community Projects Officer. Forum members provided input and suggestions for Prospect’s AntiSocial Behaviour Policy, Rent Arrears Policy, Complaints and Feedback, and helped shape how Prospect shares performance information with tenants.

A visit from Edinburgh Tenants Federation led to some Forum members attending ETF meetings and events. The Forum was also selected as a finalist in the Edinburgh Tenants’ Federation Awards for Tenants and Residents Groups, and Forum members attended the Awards Ceremony in November. Although on this occasion they didn’t win, it was a great recognition of all the hard work Forum members had contributed during 2024.

The Tenants’ Forum next meets on Tuesday 21st January 2025 at 4.30pm at Prospect's Office. The Forum is open to all our members, and everyone is welcome. Transport and refreshments are provided.
