Energy Pop Up

We had a great turnout for our Energy Pop Up Event last week where tenants could get some help and advice on how to stay warm this winter. We used an empty property so that people could see first-hand how to best use their boiler, thermostat, timer, and radiators. One of Saltire’s engineers was on hand to give heating demonstrations, and to explain how to adjust the boiler and thermostat for efficient heating. Prospect’s welfare rights officer was there to give energy advice, welfare benefits advice, and to arrange follow up appointments. We also gave out some handy warm and energy saving items to everyone who came along. We want to say a big thankyou to Saltire for supporting the day, our tenants really appreciated all the great advice they received!
